Recently, we chatted with friends and put together a list of things that we do to care for ourselves; this is what we came up with. We are sharing them with you in the form of cards that can can easily be picked up when a moment to care for ourselves is created or found. Sometimes it is much easier to do when we don’t have to think. Simply download the PDF, print them out on card stock, cut them up, and stack.
